I met Krystal at the Niagara Spring Wedding Show. At the wedding shows I always meet a lot of different people and always try to remember all the different colours and stories I hear so that once brides and grooms contact me I remember who they are, but this is very difficult to do. I did remember Krystal though. The reason for this is that at the show she had such a sweet personality and talked for a long time, but the most memorable aspect was that she told me her colours were lavender and peach. That’s right lavender and peach. I remember thinking that was not a popular colour combination in the last 20 years and all I could imagine was an 80’s style wedding!!! I was so excited when Krystal emailed me right after the show so I could see what she had in mind for these colours. I must admit that I was a little relieved when we started looking through the colours and she actually was after a medium purple and a beautiful yellow/orange colour. I also must admit that I understand why she called them lavender and peach as they are difficult colours to describe but together they look incredible.

Krystal was an incredibly easy to work with as she was extremely organized and knew what she liked and did not like. Her invitations are still one of my favorite and part of that reason is that every time I see them they remind me of her. Her invitations really reflect her personality; she was fun and outgoing, yet very elegant.

She needed a lot of different stationary for her wedding and we did up beautiful programs, table numbers, individual menu cards escort cards to be put in miniature frames as her favorite. We made all her stationary match her invitations while keeping in mind that they were going to accent her beautiful décor of purple. We also did up beautiful thank-you cards to include a removable picture for the guests.

Krystal and John’s wedding turned out beautifully and I wish them all the best as they are a remarkable couple.
