Ordering Process
Congratulations on your engagement and thank you for your interest in Elegantly Enchanting Invitations.
Since all the invitations made by Elegantly Enchanting are handmade the typical turnaround is four to six weeks after you approve the sample invitation. If your wedding date is fast approaching rush orders can also be done to try and fit your wedding schedule. Typical turnaround time for rush orders is 3 weeks after the very first meeting.
There are two ways to order invitations from Elegantly Enchanting Invitations: by meeting one on one with Mary, the designer, either at the Tillsonburg or Welland location or by either phone or email. Although it is helpful to have a one on one meeting with the bride this is not always possible and phone or email orders are also available.
Ordering Invitations in person usually consists of having two consultations with Mary. During the first meeting you will go through some samples of other invitations to get an idea of the shape and size of the invitation that you would like for your wedding. Next you will pick out your paper color and texture as well as any extra embellishments that you want added to your invitation. After this you will decide on your wording. Elegantly Enchanting has many wording templates that you can choose for although you are not limited to these and you can have use any wording that you would like. Next you will decide on your date for a second meeting in which you will receive your sample invitation so that you can see how all your ideas will come together. The second meeting usually takes place one to two weeks after the first meeting depending on both the schedule of the bride and groom as well as Elegantly Enchanting. During the second meeting you will discuss any changes that you would like made to the invitation. At this time a contract is signed and a 50% deposit is given. At the second meeting you will also be given a specific date that the invitations can be expected to be complete. From this point your invitations will be made especially for you by the staff at Elegantly Enchanting. Once the invitations are complete you will receive an email and a time will be arranged for you to come and pick them up.
The ordering process for phone or email orders is similar to if you had a meeting in person only all the information will be given over the phone or email. Once the sample is complete Elegantly Enchanting will mail you the sample so that you are able to visualize what your invitation will look like. Once the bride and groom have received their sample they will discuss via the phone or email what changes they would like made. After this a 50% deposit is mailed to Elegantly Enchanting and then your invitations will be made especially for you. Upon completion your invitations will be shipped to you with a carrier that is agreed upon by the bride and groom as well as Elegantly Enchanting. Shipping costs vary according to how many invitations are made and where they are being shipped to.
There are no minimum orders and all invitations can be ordered in any increments. If you need more invitations they can easily be made and it usually takes 2 weeks for them to be complete depending on how many are needed.
